Watershed Management supports and implements programs identified in the Alaska Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (APDES) Permit, our guiding document. Watershed Management plans, manages, and provides leadership in low impact development, construction and development guidance, floodplain permitting, watershed planning, operations and maintenance, monitoring and enforcement, and education.
